This auto group consistently ranks among the top 15 dealerships in the United States. The most important artifact and the biggest priority for a big company like this is to provide the best products. However, high quality products will not go far without impeccable customer service. From our research, we have learned that Ray Catena has managed to do exactly that. In order to keep customers coming back, you not only need to hire diligent, dedicated employees that serve the customer in a professional manner, but you need to use the right information systems that are effective in keeping the employees organized. This will keep the employees on top of their work so that they can better serve their customers and get the job done efficiently. 

   A crucial key to the way in which Ray Catena keeps track of their information is their software system. This includes the customers’ wants, needs, budgets, what car they're trading in, and what car they want. These records are all shared with the managers so they can easily keep up with the customers. The key management system is another important tool implemented into the Ray Catena workspace. This system keeps track of all the keys that are in stock. There is a tag on each key that contains the vehicle's stock number, along with its VIN number, make, model and color. The tag is scanned into the computer so it can be tracked every time it is put in or taken out of the key box.

    We have also learned that Ray Catena uses social media platforms to further advertise and promote their project. The Auto Group uses Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube, and TikTok to promote their dealer. Each dealer has their own page on each of the apps and they usually post their specials on cars, new cars in stock, and updates around the dealer. Social media is a very important aspect in product marketing in this day and age. It helps reach customers from many different regions in order to promote the company in a positive light.
